With three postgraduate education background in finance, law and business management, Mr Xu has been engaged in advisory industry and management in the field of international and domestic financial investment and financing for many years.

He has a wealth of financial product design and execution,  and operational experience in scale-oriented investment projects.He has served in the country’s large commercial banks, is currently fully responsible for the overall business operation of BHC financial capital at home and abroad.
